Directions from the PA Turnpike (Route 276):
At the Fort Washington Exit, take 309 South. Get off at Flourtown (Route 73/Church Road) exit, and turn right. Make first left on to E Mill Road. At light, turn left on to Bethlehem Pike. We are located in the “barn” building on your right, just past Starbucks and Carson Valley’s administration building. You can use our driveway (before our building) or Dan Helwig’s driveway (the next building). Parking is in the rear.
Directions from Chestnut Hill and West Mt Airy:
Take Stenton Avenue west. Go straight through the Paper Mill Road intersection, so that you can continue west on Bethlehem Pike. (Stenton Road veers to the left. You want to stay on Bethlehem Pike.) We are on the left, just past Wissahickon Avenue. Use Dan Helwig Realtor’s driveway (our next door neighbor at 1415 Bethlehem) to access the combined rear parking lot.
Directions from Spring House and Blue Bell areas:
Take Bethlehem Pike into Flourtown. Continue past West Mill Road (Texaco gas station on right and Acme on left). We are the “barn” building on the right, just past Starbucks and Carson Valley’s administration building and across from Walgreens. You can use our driveway (before our building) or DanHelwig’s driveway (the next building). If you get to Wissahickon Avenue (new Beneficial Bank on the corner), turn around! Shared parking is in the rear.
Directions from Center City Philadelphia:
Take Lincoln Drive almost to the end. At Emlen (stone synagogue on corner), turn left. Continue across Allens Lane. Emlen curves to the right, becoming Cresheim Valley Drive. Continue on Cresheim Valley Drive across Germantown Avenue to dead end at Stenton Avenue. Turn left on to Stenton Avenue. At Paper Mill Road, continue straight through the intersection, which allows you to continue west on Bethlehem Pike. (Stenton Avenue veers to the left. Paper Mill Road turns to the right.) We are on the left, just past Wissahickon Avenue (new Beneficial Bank) and across from Walgreens. Use Dan Helwig Realtor’s driveway (our next door neighbor at 1415 Bethlehem) to access the combined rear parking lot. If you get to Starbucks or Acme, turn around!
HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBILITY:
FOR HANDICAPPED PARKING, ENTER THROUGH DAN HELWIG REALTORS’ DRIVEWAY, HEADING TO THE REAR PARKING LOT – BUT DON’T PARK IN THE REAR. DRIVE PAST THE REAR OF OUR “BARN” BUILDING (PAST THE LARGE WOOD REAR DECK), AND CIRCLE BACK TO BETHLEHEM PIKE USING THE DRIVEWAY THAT IS EXCLUSIVE TO OUR “BARN” BUILDING.
WHEN YOU REACH THE BETHELEHEM PIKE END OF OUR DRIVEWAY, JUST PARK. (picket fence on left, our office on right). The person on the passenger side of the car can easily get out on pavement and enter our front door.
THE ENTIRE OFFICE (INCLUDING BATHROOM) IS HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE.
